Return and Exchange Policy \u2013 Online Purchases:<\/h3>\n

Returns or exchanges for online purchases must be made through the website only.<\/p>\n

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your returned order, subject to the applicable conditions.<\/p>\n

If you change your mind within 10 days of receiving your order, we are happy to assist you in exchanging the item for a suitable alternative, subject to the conditions below.<\/p>\n

Return and Exchange Conditions \u2013 Website Purchases:<\/h3>\n

Eyeglasses must be in perfect condition, free from misuse such as scratches.<\/p>\n

Contact lenses must remain sealed. If there is a manufacturing defect upon opening, a return or exchange will be approved.<\/p>\n

Exchanges must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.<\/p>\n

Voucher purchases are non-refundable in cash.<\/p>\n

You may exchange one product for multiple products and pay the price difference if applicable.<\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for both the shipping and return costs to Alduliman Optics.<\/p>\n

The return\/exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n

Discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they have a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n

Each order is eligible for return or exchange only once.<\/p>\n

Once the returned product is received and meets all conditions:<\/p>\n

For Cash on Delivery: The amount will be credited to your account with us.<\/p>\n

For online payments (Visa \/ MasterCard \/ American Express): The refund will be issued to the same card used within 5 to 20 business days.<\/p>\n
